Le quartier de « Little Jaffna » à Paris est le cœur d'une communauté tamoule vibrante, où Michael, un jeune policier, est chargé d'infiltrer un groupe criminel connu pour extorsion et blanchiment d'argent au profit des rebelles séparatistes au Sri Lanka.
